Term 1 is underway.  We are studying matter in chapter 1.  We will work through the book to chapter 4.

JUST BECAUSE WE DO NO HAVE ASSIGNED HOMEWORK SHOULD NOT STOP YOU FROM MASTERING THE MATERIAL- I AM AVAILABLE RECESS, LUNCH, OR AFTER SCHOOL. MR.A.

We no longer do homework sheets at SIS. Unless I contact a student who has been away for a long time, we can work to complete material in a modified format when they return.

Grade 8 Science

Sept-Nov
We are currently working out of a class set of new textbook, Discovering Science 8.  Hopefully students will have access to the on-line version soon. 

We are starting in Chapter 1 and will be working through to Chapter 3.  Chapters 1-3 deal with water.
